The Dual System is the perfect line up between the heavy one piece steel nondeformable bearing holder and the pair of minimum tolerance ball bearings. This system ensures perfect rotors stability and an absolute protection from dust and crop residues through two double labyrinth seals.
The connection between the single cast special crown with an elongated sleeve and the shortened central shaft (75 mm), allows a perfect power transmission between gear box and gear wheels cascade. The lower part has been completely redesigned integrating in a double labyrinth system the tine holder with the one piece bearing holder. The first works within the second, cutting out any possibility of jamming due to stones, crop residues or any other element.
The third point linkage is reinforced through heavy ties and optimized by large steel sections that ensure high strength in critical areas and an easy accessibility to all mechanical parts. The linkage on the MA Kronos Power Harrow pins to the tractor are adjustable in height and depth by a fast and easy system.

Side deflectors are characterized by a considerable thickness and are adjustable in width and depth.
The cast iron gearbox with cooling fins guarantees high strength and a better heat dissipation. Its gear shift bevel allows to adjust rotors speed holding operations in hard soils and saving both fuel and maintenance costs in light ones. The extra height gear box design reduces drive shaft inclination and consequently wear and vibration.
Each blade is bolted according to a defined mutual orientation that prevents peak loads on the transmission. The savings are guaranteed in terms of both consumption and prevention 163 cm of damage.
